Returns must be made within 14 days of the shipment being received. Items being returned must be 100% complete, in original & resalable condition, with all original tags (unworn and unwashed). We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. Any unwanted item returned is subject to a 10% restocking fee (15% for International Orders).
Currently we are not able to offer exchanges for items. If the item does not fit, it can be returned, and a new order placed for the proper size. In a situation where there is a defect in your item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment by e-mail or phone and we will be happy to assist you.
NOTE: Sale items are excluded. All sales on sale items are final.
Before sending us your return please download and fill out the Return Authorization form (Provided below), your Return Authorization number will be the same as your order number and must be clearly displayed on the front of your package for us to accept. We will gladly take back merchandise within our return policy listed above but customers will be responsible for all the return shipping charges. Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. Once your return has been received, please allow 5 business days to process.
